Banquet Information
2011 Banquet
Team moms will be gathering pictures of the girls from their squad to be used in the banquet video. It is imperative parents have all their pictures and videos posted to the Shutterfly site by the end of this weekend.
In addition, all Parents need to gather 7 photos of their cheerleader (and jaggy for varsity) for the scrapbook. Cheerleaders (and jaggy) need to write a short letter to their coach for the coaches scrapbook. Pictures may be on a disk or printed, letters need to be printed. Make sure your daughter’s name is on everything so we can return them to you.
All pictures and letters will be due at the next booster club meeting Tuesday, February 1, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!! We have a video and scrapbook to produce before the Banquet.
As you are gathering pictures for the above, keep in mind that at the February Booster Meeting parents will receive materials to create a laminated placemat for their daughter’s place setting at the banquet. These are traditionally covered in lots of photos on both sides. Examples will be made available for you to view at that meeting. Also, you need to have a 5x7 photo of your cheerleader in a silver frame for the banquet. Team moms will gather both of these items and give them to the banquet committee no later than the March 1, Booster Club Meeting.
